Getting started

Create your account

Sign up with email and password. After you confirm your address, Dial Dragon opens the onboarding wizard so you are not guessing the next step.

  1. Complete welcome details such as business name and timezone.
  2. Connect Shopify when prompted, or skip and connect later from Account → Integrations.
  3. Finish phone and compliance basics before your first live dial.

Log in anytime at /login with the same email and password.

Connect Shopify

From onboarding or Account → Integrations, authorize read access to your shop. Dial Dragon pulls products, customers, orders, and checkouts—the context your AI sales rep uses on every call.

The connection does not edit your theme or checkout. It only syncs data Dial Dragon needs to speak accurately about what you sell.

After OAuth, confirm the correct shop appears on the connected store card. If you operate multiple brands, check whether your workspace allows another store before assuming a second connection is available.

Fill the store profile

Open Account → Store profile. Shopify fields and an optional website crawl seed shipping, returns, FAQ, and brand facts. Read each section and correct anything the crawl missed.

The rep quotes this profile on calls. Thin or wrong facts lead to weak answers—treat the profile like training notes for a new hire.

Fill support email and customer-facing policies before high-volume dialing. Objections about shipping and returns should match what shoppers see on your site.

Phone and compliance

Onboarding walks you through caller identity and compliance basics. In Account → Phone numbers, provision or attach the numbers Dial Dragon should use for outbound calls and follow-up texts.

Review Account → Compliance for AI disclosure guidance and your responsibilities around consent. Configure campaign prompts so the rep identifies itself appropriately for your market.

Pick a voice

Go to Agent in the sidebar. Preview voices and choose the one that fits your brand. Each voice has a distinct sample so you can hear tone before you launch.

You can change the voice later, but pick one before your first test call so results are comparable.

Set offers (optional)

Offers are off by default. When you build a campaign or a flow, you can enable an offer ladder with limits you approve. Skip this on day one if you only want checkout links by text.

When you are ready, create matching discount codes in Shopify first, then mirror the same limits in the campaign or flow builder so the rep never promises a code you cannot fulfill.

Set up billing

Complete the billing step in onboarding or Account → Billing. Connected usage accrues by the second at your per-minute rate; follow-up SMS through Dial Dragon is included in that price.

Use the public pricing estimator if you want a rough cost range before you scale audience size. It models minutes—not revenue outcomes.

Launch a program

Choose one starting point: a Campaign for a defined audience, or an Automation in Flows that reacts to store events.

  1. Campaigns: open Campaigns → New, set audience, goal, and schedule, then activate when ready.
  2. Automations: open Flows, pick a template such as abandoned checkout, tune timing and exits, then turn it on.

Watch Calls

Open Calls to see dials as they finish. Search by customer or campaign, open a row for the transcript, and note whether a follow-up text went out.

Use your first dozen calls to tighten store profile facts and calling windows—not to judge long-term ROI.

When you are satisfied with setup, open Analytics for campaign summaries and keep Calls open for transcript review during the first week.
